Is there an account limit?

No fixed limit. Add as many Gmail or Google Workspace accounts as you need, subject only to practical limits such as your Mac’s resources and Google API quotas.

Does Unibox support Gmail labels and filters?

Yes. Browse and manage Gmail labels, categories, smart folders, filters, Spam, Trash, Archive, All Mail, Sent, and Drafts.

How does AI work?

AI is optional and off by default. Add your own OpenAI API key to summarize, identify actions, assess priority, draft replies, or enable limited automatic triage.

Is my data safe?

Google OAuth tokens and your optional OpenAI key are stored in macOS Keychain. Unibox does not operate a server that stores your Gmail content.
